Adaptive Toolkit

The Adaptive Toolkit contains all the instruction a new program needs to start from scratch and learn how to organize and run an adaptive clinic.  While the primary audience is startups, the kit is useful to existing programs who are looking to be more effective, more fun, less work, and more sustainable by following a proven lesson structure and streamlining coach preparation.

The Adaptive ToolKit is a step-by-step, cookbook-style planning and program execution toolkit.  The planning tools walk the provider through reviewing and assessing the athlete/participant group to determine court/facility, training equipment procurement, and coaching team needs (principally, number of coaches and courts needed).   The program execution tools consist of a series of six one-page lesson plans, with each plan supported by court setup diagrams, coach training videos, and printed “Take Home Cards” for participants.   The goal is to successfully deploy a productive, fun, six-lesson group clinic and to learn enough in the process to carry on indefinitely.
